A1: Introduction per quick win group, focus group (tree, water, livestock, crop, other), years of experience working in Ethiopia (per decade), in agric. sector in Ethiopia.
A2: Short presentation and shorter Q&A
A3: Prepare stands and get groups to work on their corner. Brief elevator pitch and then go to their round + instruct them to collect Q&A + pick up 1-2 comments from each. And do the same again.
A4: Consolidation discussion: Discuss in table groups (mixed groups 1-2-3-4-5) for 30 min then join a fishbowl to come up with key recommendations for the next phase.
A5: Short presentation and clarification questions - then split in regional groups to identify constraints and possible interventions (level of detail to identify) then short plenary commentary about possible issues in working on this (in this assignment) or if all ok, continued group work.
A6: Short presentation (3 min) of the research and v. short Q&A (3 min) - Peter and the team to come back to these plans later (after workshop).
A7: Short presentation from Peter touching upon all aspects, then I introduce resource persons across the room and place them at different tables. Participants to move among them as they feel + important to document the results on sheet. Then final pick up key comments to not forget.

B1: Welcome by same people - introduction around tables (15'): who are you, who do you work for, what are you interested in about Africa RISING? Then one person from each table to introduce other people and come up with one interesting point perhaps.
B2: Short presentation (15 min) and 15 min Q&A
B3: Presentation of elevator pitches and then splitting across the room and external participants can roam around as they like - then back to plenary session for some reflections.
B4: Plenary with 4-5 dev partners explaining WIIFM, advices and opportunities they see. Then split again to elaborate (review in dev terms) the action plans from previous session and present group work: improved elevator pitches, 1-2 clarification questions etc. and promise to come back to that later in smaller groups (after workshop).
B5: Continue presenting in the same way
B6: Peter, Jerry ?and sb else to identify? to review plans made and give an indication of the next steps.
B7: Ask people to cluster up in thematic groups e.g. about research, partnerships, development, coordination etc. and to come up with a couple of observationsL one encouragement for Africa RISNG (about what's going well) and one advice (about what might be matter for concern).
